Amsterdam Special - Social run

Morning run, breathwork & breakfast.

Time: meet-up 07.00

We're excited to meet for a social run on Thursday April 23rd 07AM at Dak Coffee Roasters. Before our run we'll do a few minutes of breathwork lead by Helen from Rave yoga, after we'll go for a 5k run paced by Athena DB - social pace.

Bareen will provide a bareen sport t-shirt for everyone attending the run.

Dak coffee and breakfast from Pal and Leo will be served after.
