GENERAL

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on the website www.bareen.com, which is owned by BAREEN ApS (“Bareen”), CVR no. 38 26 25 72, Strandlodsvej 6, 2nd floor, 2300 Copenhagen S, Denmark. By placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions applicable at any given time. Bareen therefore recommends that you read these terms and conditions carefully.

Bareen may amend these terms and conditions at any time, with effect for future purchases.

PAYMENT AND PRICES

All prices on www.bareen.com are stated in EUR or in the local currency of your country and include VAT. Before you confirm your order, the final price of the order, including shipping costs, will be displayed.

Payment can only be made via the secure payment form on the website. Bareen accepts payment by Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, ViaBill, Klarna and MobilePay. The amount will only be charged once the item has been dispatched. A receipt for the purchase will be sent by email.

Your payment is processed securely, and Bareen encrypts your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Accordingly, only Flatpay has access to your payment information.

During promotional periods where prices are reduced, additional discount codes cannot be used.


DELIVERY

Bareen typically offers delivery through various logistics partners, currently GLS shop delivery in Europe and DHL Express for worldwide shipments. Delivery is available within your chosen country and will be made to the address or delivery point you provided when placing your order.

Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and destination, and will be displayed before completing your order.

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. If your order has not been received within 5–7 business days, please contact customer service at info@bareen.com. The matter will then be investigated in our order system and, if necessary, with DHL.

Bareen is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

GIFT CARDS

The gift card is issued by BAREEN ApS for use on bareen.com.

You can check the balance of your gift card if you are unsure of the remaining amount. The balance is available via the link you received by email. The gift card does not expire and is not subject to a minimum order value. Please note that discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards.

Bareen gift cards are not personal and may be transferred. The gift card cannot be reloaded; it is recommended to purchase a new gift card after use. The minimum value of a gift card is EUR 25, and the maximum value is EUR 250.

Right of withdrawal for gift cards: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for the purchase of a gift card. Please contact us at info@bareen.com, and we will refund the amount to your chosen account.

COMPLAINTS

The provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act regarding defects, including the rules on complaints, apply to the purchase of goods.

This means that you have a 24-month right to make a complaint from the time of delivery if the purchased item has a defect, for example a manufacturing or material defect. You must submit your complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. A complaint made within two months after the defect has been discovered will always be considered timely.

When submitting a complaint, please contact Bareen and provide as much detail as possible about the issue.

You may choose whether you want the item to be repaired or replaced. A refund of the purchase amount is only possible (i) if the defect is material, or (ii) if replacement or repair is not possible or would result in disproportionate costs for Bareen.

If the complaint is justified, Bareen will reimburse the reasonable shipping costs incurred in returning the item. If your complaint is not justified, you must bear the shipping costs yourself, including Bareen’s costs for returning the item after examination.

Please ensure that the item is always returned in secure packaging. You are responsible for the item until it has been received by Bareen. Therefore, please keep the postal receipt, including information about shipping costs and any track & trace number.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must provide us with an unambiguous statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, for example by sending an email to return@bareen.com. You may also use the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of these terms and conditions, but this is not mandatory.

The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the deadline has expired.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal within the first 14 days after delivery

According to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive the item.

If you wish to withdraw from the purchase, Bareen must be notified no later than 14 days after the day you received the item. If the withdrawal period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the next business day.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Once you have notified Bareen by email that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive a return label.

The item must then be returned via DHL to Bareen’s warehouse. The item must be returned no later than 14 days from the date you informed Bareen that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. The deadline is considered met if the item is dispatched within 14 days of notifying Bareen.

It is important to include your name and address so that Bareen can locate your order in the customer database. Please also mark the return clearly with “return.”

It is important that you pack the item securely for return, as you bear the risk for the item until Bareen receives it. Please include the original packaging and product tags. Bareen encourages you to keep the shipping receipt.

When you withdraw from a purchase, Bareen will refund the payment to your account as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after Bareen has received your notice of withdrawal.

- Pack the products securely and in original packaging if possible.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

COMPANY OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS

The buyer always receives an order confirmation upon completing a purchase. Order information is stored by Bareen for 5 years. It is not possible to access the order confirmation via www.bareen.com. If you wish to receive a new copy of the order confirmation, please send an email to info@bareen.com.

DISCLAIMER

Bareen cannot be held responsible for failure to fulfill the contract due to an unpredictable event beyond Bareen’s control, such as unrest, full or partial strikes—especially in the transport and/or communications sectors—fire, floods, or similar circumstances. Bareen reserves the right for minor production deviations (maximum ±1 cm) from the stated measurements (under “sizes”) for each T-shirt and other products.

Bareen also reserves the right for out-of-stock items and typographical errors on the website.

PERSONAL DATA
Bareen processes your personal data in accordance with the company’s privacy policy.

RIGHT TO COMPLAINT AND GOVERNING LAW

The EU Commission’s online dispute resolution platform can also be used to submit a complaint. This is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

The agreement between you and Bareen, including these terms and conditions, is governed by Danish law, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection rules in the country where you reside.
