Terms and conditions

GENERAL
These terms apply to all purchases made via the website www.bareen.com, owned by BAREEN ApS ("bareen"), CVR No. 38 26 25 72, Strandlodsvej 6, 2 2300 Copenhagen S, DENMARK. By placing your order, you confirm that you accept the Terms of Trade as they exist from time to time. Bareen therefore recommends that you read the Terms of Trade carefully.
Bareen can amend the terms at any time with effect on future purchases.
PAYMENT AND PRICES
All prices on www.bareen.com are stated in Euro (EUR) including VAT. Before you confirm your order, you will be shown the final price for the order including shipping costs.
Payment can only be made via the secure payment form on the website. Bareen accepts payment via: Paypal, Viabill, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard and Google Pay. The amount will not be debited until the order is shipped. You will receive a purchase receipt via email.
Your payment is processed safely, and bareen encrypts your card information via SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that only Paypal/Viabill/FlatPay will have access to your payment information.
DELIVERY
Bareen offers delivery via GLS and DHL.
Shipping costs depend on the shipping method selected and will be detailed on your order.
Free shipping is available on orders exceeding €65. This offer applies exclusively to deliveries within the EU and only when selecting parcel shop delivery.
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days; if your order has not been received within 7-9 business days, please contact our Customer Service via info@bareen.com or call us on (+45) 70 71 10 92 (Written/spoken support only in English). We will then investigate the matter via our ordering system and, where necessary, with GLS or DHL.
Bareen is not liable for any delays caused by the delivery company.
COMPLAINTS
The purchase of goods is governed by the Sale of Goods Act provisions regarding defects, including regulations regarding complaints.
This means that you enjoy 24 months right of complaint from the time of delivery if the product purchased has a defect, e.g. a production or materials defect. You must submit your complaint within a reasonable period after discovering the defect. A complaint submitted within two months of noticing the defect will always be considered to be timely.
In order for us to process your claim, you must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
When submitting a claim, please contact Bareen at info@bareen.com and include a detailed description of the issue.
As a general rule, the item will be exchanged when a claim is made. A refund will only be issued if (i) the defect is significant, or (ii) an exchange is not possible or would cause disproportionate costs for Bareen.
If the complaint is justified, Bareen will provide a prepaid return label.
If your complaint is not justified, you have to pay the return shipping costs yourself, including any costs incurred by bareen in relation to returning or examining the item.
Remember to always return the item in appropriate packaging. You are liable for the item until it has been received by bareen. You should therefore retain the shipping receipt, including information about shipping costs and any track & trace number.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must provide us with an unambiguous statement to the fact that you wish to cancel the purchase, for example by sending an email to retur@bareen.com. You can also use the standard cancellation form at the end of these terms, but this is not mandatory.
The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your notice of cancellation before the expiry of the deadline.
Exercising the right of cancellation inside the first 14 days after delivery
According to the Consumer Contracts Act, you always have 14 days’ right of cancellation time, counting from the date on which the item is received.
If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must notify bareen no later than 14 days after the date on which you receive the item. If the cancellation deadline falls on a national holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or 31 December, the cancellation deadline will be considered to expire on the following business day.
Exercising the right of cancellation from the 15th to the 30th day after delivery.
Bareen offers an extended right of cancellation of 30 days from the date the item is received.
If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must notify bareen no later than 30 days after the date on which you receive the item. If the cancellation deadline falls on a national holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or 31 December, the cancellation deadline will be considered to expire on the following business day.

Return costs are paid by the customer, not bareen.
When you wish to cancel a purchase, bareen will refund the payment to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after bareen has been notified that you wish to cancel the purchase. Bareen can, however, withhold repayment until the returned item has been received or you have submitted documentation for returning the item.
We only accept returns of items in unused and original condition. The item must show no signs of wear, including stains, dirt, odors, or damage. Returns that do not meet the requirements for unused condition may be rejected. In such cases, the item will be sent back to the customer without a refund.
The refund will be made to the same means of payment used for the purchase as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after Bareen has received your notice of withdrawal. A fee of €5 for the return label will be deducted from the total refund amount. Bareen may, however, withhold the refund until the item has been received back or you have provided proof that the item has been returned.
For hygiene reasons, Bareen cannot accept returns or exchanges of the following products once the seal has been broken or the item has been used: underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel.
This restriction is in accordance with the exceptions for hygienic products under the Consumer Contracts Act and is implemented to safeguard both customer and company hygiene.
Please note: this exception applies solely to the product categories listed above; all other products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our standard return and exchange policy.
Customers are advised to carefully verify size, fit, and material before removing the seal or using the item.
THE COMPANY’S OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS
The buyer will always receive an order confirmation when making a purchase. The order details are stored by bareen for 5 years. It is not possible to access the order confirmation via www.bareen.com. If you would like a new copy of the order confirmation, please instead send an email to info@bareen.com
RESERVATIONS
Bareen shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill the contract due to an unforeseeable event beyond Bareen’s control, such as civil unrest, full or partial strikes—particularly in the transport and/or communications sectors—fire, flooding, or similar events.
Bareen reserves the right for minor deviations in production (maximum +/- 1 cm) from the stated measurements (under “sizes”) for each T-shirt and other products.
Bareen also reserves the right for sold-out items and typographical errors on the website.
PERSONAL DATA
Bareen treats your personal data in accordance with the company’s personal data policy.
APPEALS AND CHOICE OF LAW
You are always welcome to contact bareen if you wish to complain about a purchase. If we are not able to reach a settlement, you can submit an appeal to Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, DK-8800 Viborg, if the appeal conditions are met. You can appeal to Center for Klageløsning via www.neavneneshus.dk
The EU Commission online appeals portal can also be used to submit an appeal. This is particularly relevant to consumers resident in a different EU country. You can submit your appeal here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
The agreement between you and bareen, including these Terms of Trade, is subject to Danish law unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.
