The Terms & Conditions were most recently updated on 19th of April 2023.
These terms apply to all purchases made via the website www.bareen.com, owned by BAREEN ApS ("bareen"), CVR No. 38 26 25 72, Klosterstræde 9, DK-1157 Copenhagen K, DENMARK. By placing your order, you confirm that you accept the Terms of Trade as they exist from time to time. Bareen therefore recommends that you read the Terms of Trade carefully.
Bareen can amend the terms at any time with effect on future purchases.
PAYMENT AND PRICES
All prices on www.bareen.com are stated in Euro (EUR) including VAT. Before you confirm your order, you will be shown the final price for the order including shipping costs.
Payment can only be made via the secure payment form on the website. Bareen accepts payment via: Paypal, Klarna, Visa and Mastercard. The amount will not be debited until the order is shipped. You will receive a purchase receipt via email.
Your payment is processed safely, and bareen encrypts your card information via SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that only Paypal/Klarna/PensoPay will have access to your payment information.
Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna:
Pay within 14 days: The payment period is 14 days from the shipping of goods. The conditions for the 14 days payment period can be found here.
Account: Klarna Account is an account credit provided by Klarna which enables the debtor to pay for their purchases on a monthly basis in accordance with the terms approved at the till. For more information about the Klarna account, including the general terms and standardised European consumer credit information, see here.
Bareen offers delivery via Coolrunner (CoolEurope). Delivery can be made to selected European countries and will be made to the address or delivery location you provided when completing your order.
Shipping costs depend on the shipping method selected and will be detailed on your order.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days; if your order has not been received within 7-9 business days, please contact our Customer Service via firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on (+45) 70 71 10 92 (Written/spoken support only in English). We will then investigate the matter via our ordering system and, where necessary, with Coolrunner (CoolEurope).
Bareen is not liable for any delays caused by the delivery company.
The purchase of goods is governed by the Sale of Goods Act provisions regarding defects, including regulations regarding complaints.
This means that you enjoy 24 months right of complaint from the time of delivery if the product purchased has a defect, e.g. a production or materials defect. You must submit your complaint within a reasonable period after discovering the defect. A complaint submitted within two months of noticing the defect will always be considered to be timely.
If you want to make a complaint, all you have to do is to write to bareen and give as much detail as you can about the matter.
You can choose whether you want the item to be repaired or replaced. Refunding the purchase price is only possible, however, i) if the defect is significant, or; ii) if repair or replacement is not possible or would lead to disproportionate costs to bareen.
If the complaint is justified, bareen will refund any reasonable return shipping costs. If your complaint is not justified, you have to pay the return shipping costs yourself, including any costs incurred by bareen in relation to returning or examining the item.
Remember to always return the item in appropriate packaging. You are liable for the item until it has been received by bareen. You should therefore retain the shipping receipt, including information about shipping costs and any track & trace number.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must provide us with an unambiguous statement to the fact that you wish to cancel the purchase, for example by sending an email to email@example.com. You can also use the standard cancellation form at the end of these terms, but this is not mandatory.
The deadline for the right of cancellation has been met if you send us the notice of cancellation before the deadline.
Exercising the right of cancellation inside the first 14 days after delivery
According to the Consumer Contracts Act, you always have 14 days’ right of cancellation time, counting from the date on which the item is received.
If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must notify bareen no later than 14 days after the date on which you receive the item. If the cancellation deadline falls on a national holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or 31 December, the cancellation deadline will be considered to expire on the following business day.
Exercising the right of cancellation from the 15th to the 30th day after delivery.
Bareen offers an extended right of cancellation of 30 days from the date the item is received.
If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must notify bareen no later than 30 days after the date on which you receive the item. If the cancellation deadline falls on a national holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or 31 December, the cancellation deadline will be considered to expire on the following business day.

Return costs are paid by the customer, not bareen.
When you wish to cancel a purchase, bareen will refund the payment to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after bareen has been notified that you wish to cancel the purchase. Bareen can, however, withhold repayment until the returned item has been received or you have submitted documentation for returning the item.
The refund will be made to the same means of payment used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. You will not be required under any circumstances to pay any fees in connection with the refund.
THE COMPANY’S OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS
The buyer will always receive an order confirmation when making a purchase. The order details are stored by bareen for 5 years. It is not possible to access the order confirmation via www.bareen.com. If you would like a new copy of the order confirmation, please instead send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Bareen cannot be held liable in case of non-fulfilment of the contract due to an unforeseen event over which bareen does not exercise any control, e.g. unrest, partial or complete strikes, particularly in the transportation and/or communications sectors, fire, floods, or similar instances.
Bareen accepts no liability for minor production variations (max. +/- 1 cm) relative to measurements stated (under “sizes”) for each individual T-shirt.
Bareen also accepts no liability for items being out of stock nor for typing errors on the website.
Bareen treats your personal data in accordance with the company’s personal data policy.
APPEALS AND CHOICE OF LAW
You are always welcome to contact bareen if you wish to complain about a purchase. If we are not able to reach a settlement, you can submit an appeal to Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, DK-8800 Viborg, if the appeal conditions are met. You can appeal to Center for Klageløsning via www.naevneneshus.dk.
The EU Commission online appeals portal can also be used to submit an appeal. This is particularly relevant to consumers resident in a different EU country. You can submit your appeal here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
The agreement between you and bareen, including these Terms of Trade, is subject to Danish law unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.
